Print Page - Can't extract .exe files

Title: Can't extract .exe files

I try to download PSA and CSS Organizer but everytime I try to extract them with WinRar, I get every file except for the .exe I know its there because it shows up in the Winrar window but it wont allow me to extract them because there an "error". IDK what to do!?! HELP!

Select them and drag them into a different folder
