Actually, that would be quite easy, since his cap, hair, and whole body are separate vertex groups. It can be done. ;)

What be conform wrap? Never heard of it... well, as much.

you dont know what the conform wrap is? its where you get 2 similar models (ex: pichu and pikachu) and it automatically conforms one to the other. thats how mariokart64n made mewtwo, krauser, shinobu, and melee ganon.

Oh, so that's what it is. Though I never used it, would it be good for my benefit on Pichu? Do you know how to use it? Pm me, if so.

kinda, but your pichu looked like you were conforming it so just continue what your doing. and yeah i kinda know how to use it, you download this script, make the brawl model fit over the other model, then you press conform wrap and voila, you have somewhat the model you wanted.

For those who do not know, I've work on (Imp)Midna a lot and have basically finished, yet problems hinder her release. So I ask you: Should I still stick with Pichu til the end, or get back to Midna?

Can't say for sure, actually. Pichu is very difficult to analyze the date of his appearance... especially when the month has now been decided. Sorry.
