Title: Need help compiling a Donkey Kong.

I'm just getting into the texture hacking scene, and I'm not sure what is going wrong when I try to use step2_create of ash.
It says that pallets are undefined or something.  

I have a compiled zip folder of everything that I am using, (besides photoshop) and I'll post that.

If someone could compile the texture for me, and send the .pac, and .pcs, I'd be grateful.

I would be even more grateful if someone could also tell me how to do it for future reference.

It's the files that are +1 or +2 that I am unable to work with...

Sorry, but I'm not even gonna download that.

Your problem, as you stated, is with +1 and +2 files. Those must be indexed. If you're using photoshop... you should be set... JUST READ THE FAQ. It mentions what to do with indexing.

Otherwise, if you are using GIMP... yeah you'll probably need help or to do it manually. (I have modded ASH to work with GIMP... but it is still highly buggy with +1/+2)

If you are using Paint.Net... you're out of luck and will definitely need help. (It can't index images)

Okay, so I got past the part where it says 'no pallet' or 'undefined pallet' but when i try to unload the pac, (to see if it worked correctly,) the step1 just stops, and it doesn't do anything.

And when I try to load up brawl, I can get to where Donkey Kong is supposed to appear on stage, and the game freezes/crashes...

What can I do to fix this?

Did I do something wrong when Indexing?

EDIT: Also, when I used step2, I got 01.PLT0 through 11.PLT0
I've never gotten these files when I made my Ike texture or my Captain Falcon texture...

Oh, and I'm using Photoshop.
