Title: Sonic Faces Help
Post by: hughie on July 19, 2010, 07:05:06 AM
Does anyone know how to make sonic's faces not appear without hexing them or editing the motion.ect?

If you bone edit them you can make switch when faces appear. Otherwise just copy and paste one vertex set over another in hex. Pretty much this but copy on face over another.

EDIT: Nvm. It doesn't work for all of his faces. Tell me what face you want, I'll do it.

Sorry for the double post, but it freezes after i pick a stage, although there is no beep.
Can you tell me what i did wrong? It has the right model in the BrawlBox preview.

I have no idea. I wouldn't know how to help without knowing what face you want him to always have and what you did.

I replaced all of his faces with his normal face.

An easy way that should work, vertex all his other faces off and switch his XRotN and YRotN indexes with the normal face ones.

It's Shadow so it'll already desync. Might as well mess with the bones some more.

Ok, i couldn't find a way to vertex all of his faces off without a huge graphical glitch, but i did find a solution(Based of what you told me)
