Title: Difference between PAC and PCS? Post by: vividamage123 on July 30, 2010, 06:16:00 PM A pac and pcs file?
Title: Re: Difference between Post by: DrPanda on July 30, 2010, 06:20:41 PM not quite sure...
.pcs is essential but most of the time .pac is not (with the exception of transforming characters) I have also noticed that on a few occasions, any changes to a .pcs won't always show up in things like training mode and boss battles etc. unless you have the .pac too Title: Re: Difference between PAC and PCS? Post by: mnsg on July 31, 2010, 07:22:34 AM just know for every hack you need a pcs, and if that character has the ability to transform, you also need the pac file, or they will be stuck in an endless void when they try to What he means is that if a character that has a transformation doesn't have a PAC file to go with its PCS file, you'll get back the original texture when you switch back to the said character. For example, when Bowser changes into Giga Bowser, and then changes back into Bowser afterwards, Bowser will revert back to his original texture if you don't have a PAC file that contains the same texture as his PCS file. |
