No, the moves are in fittoonlink. The motionetc makes his up+B not teleport him downward after he uses it.
It dosn't teleport him downward just The move dosn't do any damage is that normal?

Yeah.....Are you sure it doesn't make him appear lower? Maybe its the 2nd jump that does that?
you cant do in a first time the B neutral attack because it freezes the game.
