Can somebody send me (a link to) a clean Pal smashbros_sound.brsar (or something like that).

I already checked the Pal Data-Partition and there is (to my knowledge) no ''sound'' folder.
If it would, there was no reason for me to ask for it...

and what does it actually do? What can u do with that file? I don't really understand what is it for...

I am not aware of any PAL sound hacking. Nevertheless, you can use wiixplorer to copy the file from your disc to your sd. It works. JUST USE THE COPY FUNCTION AND NOTHING ELSE!

if hes looking for a PAL sound file, there should be one in the vaults

The PAL sound file is in the vault as a matter on fact...
