You can make it shorter by deleting portions of the dress, but keep in mind that you don't use magenta (#ff00ff) to make the dress transparent; normal textures use the Alpha Channel to show transparent parts.

You get a picture of her dress, delete some of it to make a skirt. Texture: (http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d117/Darthpenguin_/PeachTex.png) ^Notice huge transparent hole. it will look like this in the game (http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d117/Darthpenguin_/PeachTex2.png) then all you have to do is put cat ears and a tail on it and wait for picano to rush over and get it.
