Title: Getting Majora's Mask in one slot?

I like this texture for Toon Link, made by DrPanda:

But the mask appears on every texture, not just the Skull kid one. Is there a way to get the mask to only appear for the one slot, or is that the unavoidable "catch" to using Majora's Mask?
