the problem is with the windows fonts... if restarting your computer doesn't work... try searching for the fonts and paste them in: C:/WINDOWS/fonts/ how do I know this?? the problem happened to me with every program when I was trying to install my 1,2## fonts... even windows explorer looked like that... :/ it's referencing something like 'Symbol' or 'Wingdings' also...
