For some reason none of my Bowser textures are showing up in the game. They are all named FitKoopa0#.pcs and i have 00 01 03 04 05 and 06 all with different textures. Any ideas?
You NEED the .pac for Bowsers textures to show up.
I have the pac file in the koopa folder along with the 6 psc files
Could it be your codes? Check them, just to make sure.

By this do you mean you have fitkoopa.PAC or fitkoopa0#.PAC, it should be the latter, a PAC for each pcs.
dont edit the .pcs file, edit the .pac file and create a pcs from each .pac in brawlbox
