Title: Problem with Wii reading discs :( Post by: New Age Retro Hacker on August 21, 2010, 10:43:35 AM So I got bored and decided to play Melee, I inserted the disc and guess what: Wii:''Insert disc". I pressed the eject button and the disc doesn't come out...
EDIT: How can I open my Wii to remove it manually, what size of screwdriver do I need? BTW: I'm aware that this thread isn't directly related to Brawl-Hacking but it's stopping me from doing so (or playing Wii-Games AT ALL). but forcefully... so it's not the best method... all I cared about was getting it open... (there was no warrenty on it) you need a screwdriver for a 3 slotted screw (the right pair of scissors and a good amount of strength works) as well as a jewelers screwdriver (phillips) the link would prbly be better though... This may not be the smartest idea but try using tweezers to get out the disk instead of opening your wii. Thats what I do when my SD gets stuck BTW: I'm aware that this thread isn't directly related to Brawl-Hacking but it's stopping me from doing so (or playing Wii-Games AT ALL). |
