Hi there. I got a slight predicament on my hands....

I have started on my Mario PSA (yay), which is going quite swimmingly, I must say, for what little I know about PSAing.

I have tested it out with my 'Start games with one player' code along with the file replacement code as well as a few others, and this works fine. I can launch all of Mario's attacks and they don't crash the game, and the graphics show how I want them to.

However, whenever I add a second player to the brawl, be it human or cpu, my game doesn't seem to want to play, freezing the instant the game says 'GO!'.

Now I don't know if this is because I have codes other than the file replacement codes on it, or it's because I'm on PAL using files from my SD card, or there's something wrong with my PSA (I also have other PSAs and Textures for other characters on my SD too, if that solves anything).

And if it changes anything, I have something from one of my other homebrews (I forget which one, it may have been the brawl+ updatifier, not sure) called '.DS_Store'. Trust me this is nothing to do with an NDS, I don't have anything DS emulator-ish on my SD.
This file is in almost every folder within the 'private' folder in my SD (which is where all the hax go ya?).

Please help, because it seems to be whenever I start a 2-player game with any hacked characters.  >:(

Try starting a 2 player brawl without having your own PSA on the SD.
If it freezes it isn't your PSA, if it doesn't then it could be your PSA that freezes it.
If it doesn't freeze trying a 2player brawl WITH the PSA on the SD but NOT using it in the brawl and see if it freezes. If it doesn't you could take that it's the PSA.

It freezes for pretty much any PSA I use. And this was before I even started creating my Mario one. Some will only freeze when I use a certain move, for example, using one of my Captain Falcon hacks, it only freezes when I use his Up B. Everything else is fine. That's what I don't get.

Maybe these hacks I downloaded have been hacked too much....naaah, that won't be it. If you have some other solution, I would appreciate that a lot.

I suggest you make a backup of your whole SD card and clean it to only contain those you use the most and try again.
Wait, what size is your SD anyway?

It's a 1GB SD. It crashed when I first used only one PSA on my SD.

That is weird, i never encountered a problem like this...
So it's the PSA's that make your game crash, i suggest you use another SD card of 1 or 2GB (if you have one) and try that and see if this happens with that one to.

Yeah, that might work. It might be that there's not enough spare space on my 1GB. Yeah I'll try it when I can find a bigger SD. Thanks.
