For the Brsar it must be to download somewhere, but you can also extract it from your game... If you want the SDK then go torrent it for yourself.
distributing brawls files may be bad but distributing the SDK, especially in a forum related to brawl hacking, is far worse and would run the risk of this forum being shut down and all others associated with it. |
