I seem to recall another Zelda God PSA that practically made Goddess Zelda and Onslaught Falcon look like child's play. I can't remember what it's called, but it is in the vault.

Nope, they're more of a weaker overpower, but they're pretty strong.

Kingjigglypuff said himself that he didnt want them to be on par with onslaught, but yeah they could be up there with celestial kirby, and galactic knight. However the enhanced characters really only have buffed up movesets and speed (better combo ability), nothing is really overpowered about them other than their inescapable A combo. So probably they wont be included.

I think better, I can beat Onslaught with them.

I think my Peach moveset is better than one.

Freezing fair, Healing Box, Fsmash waves, Fast nade pulls and mine plants, Triple mortar, Unescapable Nair and Dair, fast crawling high shield damage on all of his moves and more.

Guard Slayer Snake V 1.25 and the Ice Grabbers will be released tomorrow.

This IS called a God PSA collection, so I don't see why he shouldn't be added. Max Onslaught Falcon should be included as well.

The OP says around the level of Onslaught Falcon, and SPMV2 is clearly much higher than that.
Also, before he gets added, testing needs to be done to see if he truly freezes the game.

Edit: He was mentioned on the first page and wasn't added. No use talking about him now.

Max Onslaught is up there so I'm sure SPMV2 is eligible...unless they changed that and have yet to remove Max Onslaught. Also, I've tested Super Phoenix Mario and he works fine.

I love Char, now yoshi is so much better at killing. btw, the "bird" animations are hilarious. I also vote that Ultimate Shadow Marth gets put in here too, some of his moves are very strong, and he can kill very very easily.

Well if you wait a while you can have an even BETTER Ultimate ShadowMarth, V3 with possibly four modes for gamecubers, V1 mode 1, V2 mode 2, V3 a god combo shadow marth, V4 a mix of assassin and one of the modes, if it is mode 3, we are done for.

Here's what I'm trying to say. SPMV2 is obviously leagues better than Onslaught Falcon and every other PSA here in this thread.
Most people designed their PSAs to be around the level of Onslaught Falcon as recommended by the op.
SPMV2 is going to screw with the power level curve and force everyone to update for their PSAs to stand a chance against him.
Yes I DO mean everyone.

That's why I delayed the update of GSS and the release of the Ice Grabbers.
So they can survive.

If you want, i can make a video of CPUs having a FFA of or 3vs1 of SPMV2 against Onslaught Falcon, Savage Wolf, and Storm Master Serena to show proof.

Back on topic...yeah I remember that Zelda PSA I mentioned. That thing freaken PSA literally made Max Onslaught look like childs play. Of course, the thing was hard to control since she could float, but still. Even a standard A attack could OHKO.

Well the only one I've tried was your Storm Serena Peach (or however the name goes) and she's awesome. I do plan on trying out your Enhanced Captain Falcon, but then again, I would have to sacrifice the Final Falcon Punch for that. Ugh decisions decisions. Maybe I'll give your Enhanced Mario a try...

You know what we need? A god PSA Giga Bowser. That guy was the monster in Melee and should be the monster in Brawl. The fact that Warioman is taking away all of his glory is really pissing me off.

Currently, His weight is more than double Godess Zelda's.

He should be, he has quite a few powerful moves and a very powerful Final Smash. Try it out for yourself.

Why not use Riivolution and put ALL of Mario,G&W, and Luigi related files on them?

KJP, I looked at your Char, and he has a strange hitbox for his final smash. It's like a straight line of hitboxes that you can set an endpoint to. Cn you explain how this works and where you found it?

It has to be a Special Offensive Collision. Place this in the second Unidentified: 000FFFD0

1: He will have three different attack modes
2: Each attack mode will have unique attacks (Only standard A attacks and a couple of smash attacks though)
3: Each attack mode will have a different element
4; each attack mode will be stronger than the last :3

Yea, I tried it out and it's pretty cool. But there's one problem: The Up-B doesn't work, it puts him into T-Pose.

Stronger then Minus standards, but not strong enough for this collection.

I just realized I made a RETARTED oversight with Guard Slayer Snake.
Aparrently, if you Sticky C4 on your opponent and detonate it, you can interrupt the action fast enough to blow up your target repeatedly. LOL
The timing is tricky though.

Until I find all of Nana's subactions and Actions for her specials, I cannot change their specials without desynching Nana.

As for Neo Samus, you may as well make a Samus PSA to match it or at least make a stronger Samus that complies with their file size limits.

Are we talking about Neo Peach or Neo ZSS when it comes to the starman, because last I recall the items you got from the taunt were the Warp Star, Poke Ball, and Super Mushroom.

Yeah, after I finish my Krystal PSA for the most part (Fireking is making me wait for the texture/model too unfortunately T-T ) I'm going to totally remake Neo ZSS and Neo Peach from scratch :D Does anyone wanna make a new texture/model for neo peach? I still want it to have a rainbow esque texture, but It needs more....I don't know....evil I guess lol the current version for peach looks like she took a dip in a pool of tie die paint xD

Honestly, the PSA's from the Ultimate Brawl Battle package i consider fun. Those are the psa's i use as 'Bosses' in a sense, and i can beast them all teaming up with EternalYoshi's GuardSlayerSnake and IceGrabbers(lvl9cpu). And i still can beat them when they spam OHKO moves xD Although some PSA's not in the package(ex: BestPlumberInTheWorld) were very tough due to spamming OHKO moves that hit wide. I a still waiting though for SOMEONE to make a Dedede psa, I say that would make at least some happy.

Naru's psa isnt that powerful, compared to every character i have in my brawl. But it is still in the works so im sure it will improve.  And Now MAX Onslaught is nothing, i can beat him with ALMOST every character i have xD And colter you have to time your xD's right!

Hehe, yeah, version one of the storm mode isn't finished, just the standard a attacks. Version 1.5 will have version one of the Fire mode and possibly aura/darkness mode too. The latter versions (2.5 and above) will probably have smash attacks for each mode that are stronger. But that was pretty much a test of the Krystal version ^+^

If you want, I can make a non-onslaught version for Krystal's psa and an Onslaught version of the psa which would make him a bit more powerful, faster etc. I Make no promises on groundbreaking stuff since I do not have an animator or anything to make custom moves and such.

I don't think items would work, because when he throws a pikmin, they come back to him, unless that doesn't matter at all and putting items on them would work.

I would replace all the pikmins' models with a different pokemon, and give them animations so it doesn't freeze. It might take a while, but it will look good if it's done right.

Just posting to say that fire mode V1 will be ready sometime tonight. Keep in mind that these are only the standard a attacks and possibly the aireal moves. Smash attacks(if any changes at all), Specials (Again, if any), and final smashes will come later (once Fireking releases his Krystal Texture) and in later versions.

Would you be editing the effects/etc? Like if it's a fire pokemon would it just hit/grab on like the fire pikmin or would it do something crazy amazing like a real pokemon shooting fire?

Hey, how did you make it so they don't go into helpless mode when they fall and stuff from their specials? I tried changing the fallspecial subactions to the normal fall subactions but it still goes into the helpless mode.

If you're talking to me, then look in all of the Specials tabs. And under the Change Actions, and if there's a 10, change it to an E. Do this for all related actions.

Okay, I'm doing this for fox, and I just want it to be his side and up B that he doesn't do it, in fact, I'd like to be able to spam the up B as many times as neded xD do you know what ones(The actual actions by their name/number like Special N) I should change?

I thikn pega has a bug or two.
The creator went overboard with the GFX.
Uair causes some Graphic's polygons to stretch.
These don't correctly terminate after the animation.
They will stay until the match is over.
Also, his grab has a bug that looks suspicsouly like the ThrowN reference of the subaction is incorrect, which may lead to more polygon stretching.

In other News, I managed to make GSS's Nikita go faster and have better handling.
Also, Super Wario Man is almost done.

Super Sayian Sonic, add him. He could freeze time, with his side taunt, and it wasnt 2 secs, it was permanent untill KO, or untill using the taunt again.

When I tried to do a tilt(I think it was angled) the game soft froze.
Also, his Final Smash is missing.

The only thing is that his final smash is pointless, its the same as regular sonic's, except he's not invincible, and a single hit will knock him out of it. According to the creator, he is already super, so why bother. Hopefully this wont keep him out of this godly list. He is still strong, and can KO easily though, just not as strong as DC Super Sonic, or Hyper Sonic.

The soft freezing issue must be remedied first.
Also, he needs another jump.

Leave the physics how they are.
Certain famous codesets have a tendency to malfunction or freeze when using final smashes or Time manipulating moves.

Many builds of Brawl+ have been reported to freeze when either
1. A time manipulating move is used.
2. Certain Final Smashed are used.
3. Certain tourney banned stages are used.

For example.

minus works perfectly, mainly for the fact that the characters themselves were edited, not the functions. I have 3/4 of these PSA's and they all work.

They were jerks to human since before I hacked mine.

Well I myself use Brawl+(and MOST of it's codes in the gct) and it has very little freezes/glitches. I guess I'm lucky? The only stuff that doesnt work is Nuke's D.S. and the KCMM Club(both dont freeze just glitchy) and when i have an imported character being cloned in classic mode(Team 'character'). Also I actually beat cpu's easily, except when they use cheap moves :P

People. Remember, if you are doing characters that switch, make sure that both their god movesets comply with their culmative file size limit.

For example, Goddess Zelda needs a god like Sheik go with it, but if Sheik's .pac is big, it may cause the game to freeze when choosing them.

IIRC, the Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon also have a culmative file size limit.

Haha lol jk.  But I think you should maybe think about it.  It's a fairly long process and you'll have to ask a lot of questions but you will definately get there in the end.  It's a lot of tutorial vid watching and trial and error.  It also takes much longer to make a good PSA then it does to make a good texture or vertex, but it is definately worth it imo. 

Don't forget there are plenty of people to help you with any questions you may have ^^

well help in how to solve it. when that happened to me, i had to buy a 10 dollar laser cleaning disc. It really worked for me... like magic. The bad thing is most people don't have Amazon etc.

If you do have an account I suggest buying it. You may want to browse the web before you do much. The disc should arrive very quickly. I know you're not on the money side, but it takes about 15 dollars max including taxes for that kit.

More or less around MAX or even Onslaught. Basically, if someone had all these characters on their SD card, it would be fairly balanced. The UBB package has too extreme and nearly impossible-to-kill characters.

Well, since I REALLY like using the Zelda we have, Goddess Zelda, AND since she can't transform back into Sheik, Sheik should be technically ascending a ladder to become a goddess. Perhaps you give her just a tad bit of super cool ninja skills but with a lot of power? No GFX's need for my likings, and this list already has DivineOverlord's GFX usage to a great extent. With that, I mostly just want a fast, strong, skilled Sheik. She's pretty ninja already, so it wouldn't take a lot of hacking.

But you know... you don't HAVE to make me happy. As long as I have enhanced Sheik, I'll live with it. Either way, some godly Sheik would be a cool hack for those who don't particularly use a large Zelda pac.

Krystal froze the game throwing Ganon down for me.

Because of DO's GFX usage, the file size limit for whoever will make a Godly Sheik is QUITE small as they have cumulative file sizes.

What's DI? Something like AI?

Directional influence. Movement in the air. So when you hold side in the air you move. More DI means you move more. MAX Onslaught's DI is really really high, for example.

Oh. Yeah I like that but I just want to be able to move without losing control. Is it possible to have normal DI first and if you taunt to change in any way the DI increases without killing yourself(like if you pause while moving with the V2 Master Extreme code)?

Well good DI would mean you have the ultimate control to move yourself. Most of these characters don't have a lot of DI change from normal Brawl. In fact, normal Brawl tiers have a lot of dependence on DI.

I don't think you can change that in-game, for it is an attribute.

But of course, you could edit it in the attributes.

He can practically fly with his infinite air dashing. Would that be good air mobility?

Not necessarily, he can still do it, but he can no longer test them. Though i guess he might have decided not to do anything more since he cant test.

I'm also gonna upgrade SAVAGE Wolf a bit.  The main upgrade will be an actual new Final Smash as well as some general fixes.  Shouldn't be too hard or take too long.

Krystal PSA 1.5 is very pwnage. It's also fun to just forward air and uptilt and see the pain begin. Needs adding.

Naruzeldamaster's Zerosuit: I see what I did! The PSA's seem to wear off if I begin as Samus. Beginning with zerosuit showed me Neo's ownage. Good PSA to put on here.

Kingjiggly's enhanced Sheik. You may be saying, wtf!?
His Sheik is so ownage that it gives Onslaughts a hard time. Fair=meteor smash ftw?

The characters I personally don't have are being replaced with regular enhanced characters. Besides Sheik, they're the best I have.

If you are wondering why Meta Knight is not included on here, my only explanation is that I gave EternalYoshi's Gray fox PSA a small overhaul on weight, jumps, and movement. Very small changes as his gray fox is very strong. Eternal, release Primal Kong and make an official god version of Gray Fox please ^_^

I have a very important request. Lightning Luigi. Go to his link. Follow it and you will see why he needs to be removed. The updated version=not really godly. It's a neat PSA and all, but not that godly for our needs. The original has a broken DL link and he hasn't responded in FOREVER. I believe he is inactive or something. That being said, I have the UBB pack version where I changed some attributes as usual. That makes two unofficial gods from changing attributes.

How da F#(& does a Pokemon represent a demon? They represent animals, objects, and parts of nature of the real world more, like how their Pokedex titles suggest. But some are completely random, like in the 5th generation.

Dragon God freaking Charizard came out of nowhere and repeatedly combowned me as MAX. The CPU's, even though their moves are far off from normal characters, have amazing AI and skills. I need some more practice.

I kill him with Falco all the time...though I just chain-grab. : P

But what about if you didn't chain-grab?

It's hard as hell...but I still manage to beat him sometimes.

In normal Brawl I can beat level 9's pretty successfully.

In God Brawl, the moves are still pretty original and new. So dynamic that the CPU's can still master them, but leave me in the dust. I can beat most of them, but they will randomly combown me and blow me to holy hell. Despite this, it's really cool to see their ownage.

I have to stay at Lv1 to 3 cause my Lv9 CPUs PWN me over times better than the people making wombo combos on Project M AND Chuck Norris combined, even if it's a god PSA. You name any AT, combo, chain grab, etc. in the book and I'll say they've done it, even if I've never done it in battle in front of them. Heck, I've only managed to get a few hits in some battles and the only successful battle against 3 Lv9s was when I was trying out my KO pit. Works like a charm, yet I've always had to do outrageously impossible jumping combos and finish with a FS with TL still there =_= They suck tremendously without me on the field to destroy, lol XD

they always gang up on me in any kind of brawl, weather be +,-, b, v, or OP.
hollow is the one that really brings me hell.

I'm going to make him a sort of post apocolypse wolf, you know like one of those alternate timeline jobs where some evil something has taken over and they're going back to the past to stop it? XD

I don't really like making character textures, like Rukia and such, I'll leave that stuff to the people who can actually vertex X3 My goal is to make my hacks stand out in a four person fight in just about any lighting. Which explains the bright colors and such. It's such a drag when you're in a chaotic match and you lose track of where you are ya know?

MagicMario Version 1 is officialy finished and ready for action. I'll edit this post with a video of him dualing three lvl 9 cpu's and a link to his probably pending brawlvault download. I just did a good deal of testing of him vs dk. Here's his stat's against one CPU DK

Below Lvl 4: epic Max Onslaught Pwnage!
Level 4: Godly
Level Five: Godly but got koed once and almost got koed later on in the match.
Level Six: Simi-godly, you'll probably get KOED at least twice
Level Seven: A little less godly, he koed me three times but I beat him :D
Level Eight: Powerful, but quite fun, it was at this point I decided to make him 'lighter'
Level Nine: A true challenge really, I had lots of fun, you'll probably get ko-ed two to four times a match.

Note this is just DK here, I'm going to test him against Death Ganon tomorrow :3 and make that part of the video.

I think that first I'll make a powerful Sephiroth, then release a more balanced version for the Cloud vs Sephiroth diehard fans.

Sounds like a sexy idea.

Twilight Ganondorf. It's a Ganondorf PSA that has two movesets. Use the Down-Taunt to switch. In his second moveset, he uses his sword for his attacks. But it's not done yet, but has quite a few updates on it. I made Ganon perform his Chance move when he uses his Side-Special when his sword is out. Would you like a link to the topic?

meh, there are enough god-like ganons already. what we REALLY need is one for metaknight, ness, lucas, G+W (heck any psa for G+W would be welcome) and I suppose the others, but I'm only paying attention to those.

There's a good one for Meta Knight... Null Gray Fox. You have to use different models, but the models for it are really good (plus Spiderman, Power rangers, jedi, etc.)

Though the enhanced versions by KingJiggly are really sufficient until stronger ones are made.
