Okay, I know that you get the pokemon textures off of Pokepark, but how do you put them over the character? For example, I want to put a Feraligatr texture over Squirtle, but without size reductions. I want it to BE a Feraligatr. Also, How do you create custom movesets? If someone could make one to go with it, i would prefer it to be like this:
B- Ice Punch (DK's Animation/charge, freezes when fully charged)
Side B- Hydro Pump (Squirtle's B move, but does slight damage and has farther knockback)
Down B- Earthquake (Punches ground, dirt shoots up, any nearby enemy becomes stuck in the ground. (May cause a pitfall spot))
A attacks- Miscellaneous claw, biting, and punching attacks
Final Smash- Hydro Cannon (Samus's Final Smash animation)

And that is a question I cannot answer. There are many tutorials you can read providing the right tools necessary for animating.
