I want to use L-Cancelling,Hybrid Air Dodge,all B- Codes,CSS codes,and Enough Alternate file loader codes for every character. I get this error message when I tried combining HAD and L-cancel with the B- codes. I really want to use these codes could someone help? And if I use CSS codes, does sheik go over sheik instead of zelda?

For the zelda/sheik question it depends on what CSS codes you use. If you have 1 character slot for zelda and sheik then YY is 0E. If you have Zelda and Sheik in a separate character slot then YY must be 0F. You can have multiple PSAs for 1 character but it's more complicated because you have to create another folder and find the hex value for the folder and a button activator for every PSA. So yeah.
