I look around but could not find the answer to this.

The portraits that a you see when you are in a match of your character. Where do I go to change that? Like one thes where it shows your % and stocks in game play,etc

They are .brres files you have to edit EACH INDIVIDUAL one too, its not in like common5 or anything.

Also, none of the small portrait files are compressed, so you can max out their palettes to 256 colors if you want.
