Here is a Mewtwo PSA that I made today. This PSA represents the moveset that I thought Mewtwo should have.
HIS MOST POWERFUL ATTACK IS ULTRA BARRIER!! [ UP TAUNT]
AND OFCOURSE HIS FINAL SMASH HAS BEEN POWERED UP AS WELL ^_^


Side Note: Due to bone irregularities I have provided two PSA Pac Files. One is for Mewtwo textures and the other is for Non-Mewtwo textures. ENJOY!


::: Here are the changes:
-WAIT ANIMATION SLOWS TIME AROUND HIM
CHANGED MOST GFX FROM V.1.0 TO PSYCHIC GFX
- EVADING IS NOW TELEPORT
- Faster, flies while running, and more graceful.
- Weights 200 and 100 Jumps
-Most attacks have darkness Flags AND SLASH FLAGS
- Side Special B: Telekinesis [A psychic attack with flower flags]
- Side B in Air: Mewtwo Flies [I like giving my PSA's a flying move lol]
- Down B: COUNTER WITH BARRIER [STRONG MOVE]
- Up B: TELEPORT Dark Rush
- NEW DASH ATTACK [V.2]
- Side A: Psychic [A strong Push with minimal Damage]
- Down A: Telekinetic Lava [Pulls Lava out of the ground and swings it around haha!]
- UP A: Psychic Surge [Releases Psychic Power]
- Side UP A: Arctic Wind [plays with icy wind ...ice flags]
-Smash up A: Dark Dimensional Vortex
-Smash Down A: Telekinetic Storm [Mewtwo uses psychic power to control protons]
- Smash Side A: Darkness Push
-FINAL SMASH IS THE SAME BUT 5 TIMES BIGGER WITH DARKNESS FLAGS AND EDITED GRAPHICS
-UP TAUNT GRANTS INVINCIBILITY  AND UNLEASHES A STRONG ULTRA BARRIER THAT HAS A HUGE HIT BOX.

-More changes for you to find out by testing my PSA!

This one is already pretty weak in comparison to my other hacks. You can privately decrease the base knock back on some of his attacks for it will make him a lot more weaker.

I would upload a weaker version but, then again, everyone has their own preference and perception on what is strong or not. If you get stuck on weakening My PSA, let me know and I can just upload a "weaker" one lol

Buff this [censored] up man. He's the second coming of Demonic Bowser at this rate. I want this badass moveset to be more annoying and aggravating than Goddess Zelda. Kinda like how DC Super Sonic is. XD

haha just some of his attacks do 1% of damage but they are multiple hits with total of 3 damage per hit. he does have some strong moves and can easlily beat goddess Zelda with psychic. Try it and let me know what you think :)

haha just try it first. He is skilled enough to be a god-set character.


@ Wave, yeah, I was gonna work on him next after I finish my homework haha! it sucks having 4 math classes x_X

So this guy is a combo master? He is weak overall but the constant hits increase damage pretty quickly so he is a normal god-like PSA of Divines. When are you going to release the unreleased PSA's of yours? If they need to be tested can I have the honors?

Edit: Are you in college? If not, WHAT are you taking? I just got Algebra 2 though I wish I had Geometry too.-_- my parents made me not take the extra course.

yup you got it. He can bring up damage % pretty fast if you keep getting hit by his long range moves.

I plan to release my other characters once i see some competition. lol!

Competition?! How da BLEEP can someone compete with you at this rate? No link, zelda etc etc has ever been released yet in PSA catagories so I take it that we'll have to wait a hell of a long time. *hears ma boi, scary roll and scary chocolate rain* =+= why me.............

Edit: Algebra 2 reminds me of kindergarten and I'm in Henry E. Lackey High! We're working on -1<X<17 and other problems like that. The records for tests are 8 so far in the latest weeks of school.

Absolutely friggin awesome. To quote what someone said about Taj's Mewtwo, this is that really tough Mewtwo you found in that cave back in R/B/Y that you needed a Master Ball to catch or you weren't winning. XD

Using it with the Armored Mewtwo makes it even better.

dose He has a new FS?

I don't think so. Shoop da Whoop is sorta fitting on Mewtwo as long as the flags are shadow/poison so it fits the darkish part of Mewtwo(I know he is Psychic but his moves look and act like dark moves).

well i think he should have a new FS in his future updates...something with darkness in it...like dark meteor or dark Explode or Dark hand (lol that one was random)

I can give Mewtwo a bigger laser beam final smash. or even a strong psychic attack as his final smash that pushes everyone out of the stage by force. that lasts about 150 frames XD

I(and i bet the others) would greatly appreciate that :P I love it when people make the final smashes custom. I would actually prefer it to be the beam enlarged, like reall large and wide xD with an instant KO hit in the end, to avoid people getting pissed off from you being able to KO in one hit from anywhere, make it 1% easier to dodge xD

About Charizard, that's strange, could it be a motion file that's causing it to freeze? I wonder if it freezes for anyone else.

Same thing here though for some reason the switching between pokemon freezes. I don't think it's you but I'm not sure. Ma boi here forgot what because he was watching Link get his @$$ kicked by a slapping statue and kept using the clawshot to grab Zant in the balls over 9000 times XD

I freeze when i use your charizard too, but thats when you released your v1-2. Did you say you uploaded a new MotionEtc? Because i really want to use your Dragon God :c

Well for me all the pokemon switching freeze so IDK. I'll try the new motionetc.pac as long as it exists.

Charizard's cool with me. What was causing this problem?

Out of curiousity, did you try formatting you SD card?  If you haven't formatted it recently you should definately do it.  Remember to take all the files off there first!  Then afterwards try out JUST using the Charizard hack and nothing else (well maybe a GCT file with the Independent Pokemon Engine on it).

 O-O WHAT         DID               YOU              SAY?!    I tried formatting my first SD card when it went funny and it shorted out on me and wouldn't read OR format!!!! Why do you want me to risk 20 dollars worth of mini tech to fix one tiny bug? I was able to switch when I first had hacks and after I got Static Pikachu I found out about the bug. I used a different PSA and it still went bad. I don't know if it's the codes for getting the alloys, giga and warioman playable but since the Push R to get them doesn't work, I'm fine with getting rid of the alloys.

may I ask you to fix some of the animations? no offense, but they are not very good. the moveset itself is gold, but could you also change up-special *cough*teleport*cough* and the down-special?
and also, I've recently noticed your movesets, thier dash attack immidately stops them.

Well as long as the Down B is changed I'm good. Maybe a charged move that makes ice elements come out, surprise to fighters ^_^

Oh im planning on making his Down B: Repel. It defects all projectiles and counters with psychic if hit. Since I still have tons of space for code, I think i might add a new external graphic effect.

Oh a reflector? Well Repel isn't a move, but if you spawn a capsule in the process or some other useless item that looks like a Repel it'll work.

Well it could be Mirror Coat. The Counter part doesn't exactly fit but, hey this is Brawl. The makers twisted up the characters real bad and you guys are fixing them or making new people out of them.

You could use the Mewtwo beta 3 from somewhere on the Lucario Vault for the Shadow Ball. They got every bit of Melee in it.

Also, edit the FS to be purple edges and a darkness effect.

Well since someone did that before with red it's possible with VIOLET and black.

Anyway, why don't you watch Pokemon the First movie for ideas? I have it and haven't seen it for 5 years yet I can still remember the battle with the epic pokemon master music, the dragonite's message, the riot at the PC and the escapees that got to New Island including the uninvited team Rocket, etc etc and I'm sure you don't want me to continue any longer ;)

Can you release a weaker Mewtwo with a similar moveset alongside the God one in version 3? I really like that your Mewtwo's moveset is based on the First Movie (as opposed to Melee's lame moveset), but Master Mewtwo version 2 is far too powerful to "play nice" with other stock Brawl characters. As I plan on having a mixture of stock and hacked characters, I would love to see your Mewtwo come in a more balanced version (ie attack ranges, damages, and knock backs decreased, but the moveset styling kept similar). Also, the one move I really liked from Melee was the backward throw where Mewtwo shot shadow balls at the guy he was throwing. If you could add that too, this Mewtwo would be perfect IMHO.

I noticed that the standing grab doesnt work. Im using the one for the Mewtwo vertex btw. The running grab works, but its kinda funny, sometimes it doesnt hit and sometimes it does. Does anyone else have this problem?

Well, it's not a sometimes does/doesn't sort of thing, it's more like only the certain point at which they are grabbed is different. It is sort of problematic and needs to be changed.
Telekinesis is one Mewtwo's greatest aspects. Throws should be REALLY expanded and dramatic, as well as well ranged and easy to do.

love this PSA. over Deoxy's attack form its just sick, rly fun to use/play against

Can someone explain the whole wait animation slowing time down?
whats the area of effect? because for me it seems to work randomly, like sometimes almost the entire screen is slow for opponents.

Also I love the light screen type up taunt move.

two things tho,
it would be less seizure inducing if the aura's around him where to slowly pulasate rather than rapidly flash.

Also, is there any way you can make the b neutral move have longer range, and charge fully (i.e. the properties of samus' blaster)

yeah im working on that with version 3. I want to perfect mewtwo as the strongest pokemon, flawless yet fearless. :D....I'll be doing a lot more PSA work now that I'm done with my final exams. ...btw, i made his slow time random like that, so it isnt spam-able

Clear your cache and history/cookies etc. Reclick the thing and it should not loop. That's happened to me a LOT.
