Brawlbox works. I got the software so never mind for that question, but I have another one. How do you extract bones and stuff? My computer says its illegal and won't let me do it.
You have to work with existing structures, unless you want to add dummy bones that don't do anything, which is only useful for model swaps.
I'm not so sure about what you're trying to do, but have you tried out Fortwaffle's model and bone pack?
