Title: Can I load textures from a USB stick instead of a SD card?
Post by: Bush on October 14, 2010, 10:58:15 AM
I lost my other SD card and the only one I have left is 4GB. I was wondering, is there some way to get a USB stick to work. Its under 2GBs.

I'm pretty sure you can't.  If I remember right the code was made only for the sd slot.  If you want to use a usb though you can try replacing the files on the iso and then play the game in usb loader.  Just make sure you keep a backup of the iso so you can go back if you ever need to.  You need an 8g flash drive to do it though.

Yes, me and my friend were wondering the same thing. As of what Miniova said, you would likely need an iso of brawl. HOWEVER: Rivolution may be able to load through a usb

Yes, you can use texture through a usb but only on Riivolution so far. Here is a link to the guide to get set up: http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=11743.0 This guide will help for the most part. It explains folder setup (where your hacks go) and you can copy and paste the XML files to a notepad and put them in there proper folders. So far my only problem is that I can't figure out how to get my CSS or movie to show.
