So can someone tell me how to port characters?

I already know model swaping,i want to port the psa and animations

Animation swapping is just as easy (even easier) then model swapping, just export and replace the animations seperately.
Some cases allow for the FitMotion(Etc).pac to be just renamed (mostly for clones).
