Title: Sketchup Help Post by: Stitch on October 23, 2010, 07:34:08 PM I need help with Google sketchup 7.1 putting models into mdl0 format without 3ds max. any ideas?

I'll have an mdl0 exporter for blender... the importers about 70% finished (excluding the debugger and logger) the exporter only works for mdl0 vert exports I have my own method for vert editing, but it's kinda complicated... but yea... do ya think you can wait?? I've got 3 exports I'm wanting to do as well, (meaning I need to finish this) the best I could give you right now would be just to export your sketchup as dae (collada) import that into blender, and wait for my exporter note: you must have a working model before you export (meaning it must be fully rigged, grouped, textured, etc...) it's a very tedious process, but well worth it in the end I may be able to help if you need it :) Title: Re: Sketchup Help Post by: Stitch on October 23, 2010, 08:59:39 PM ok thanks.

NP try not to complain too much KK... ;) when I say 'a while', I do mean A WHILE... :( that :( goes to both of us ToT I'd like this one export finished soon (Pachirisu) it works in brawl as it is, but it's missing alot of important bones to make it completely compatible :/ (where as to not freeze the game, or glitch when grabbed) Title: Re: Sketchup Help Post by: Stitch on October 24, 2010, 03:47:49 PM ok I can be patient.
