Title: Item modifying (not textures)

Anyone know how to edit items effects like how much damage or knockback they do or how often they appear? Because I would love something like that.

That's too bad. Probably will never be in that case. Items aren't very popular so nobody will get through the trouble.

Well, people are looking into replacing the code of one item with another, with varying results.
