Since I haven't made textures for a while, I haven't paid much attention on some of the new details as of late. A long while ago, I wanted to change other effects for characters - those such as the rest of the fire on a Falcon Punch or PK Flash.
So, my question is this: Have you all figured out how to edit those kinds of things yet? If so, is there a detailed guide somewhere on how?
well ya.... there is! i was able to change the color effect on marths FS
Not sure if Marth's FS is an old effect or not, though. Since I've changed things suck as slash blurs, the yo-yo, and the Triforce before.
Hm... Milkaholic has edited them. Ask him.
