http://www.mediafire.com/?tri5z5eizmd That's a clean common3.pac. You place it in: private>wii>app>RSBE>pf>system And take off the "_en" on the name. So it should be named "common3.pac". Open it up with Brawlbox, find the item it replaces, and replace the .brres.
