Okay. So I've read many help threads for this, including the original post(Found here http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=6201.0), but I just can't seem to find what I'm doing wrong. I am currently trying to get the Darkflamingblue CSS(custom) as well as the Darkflamingblue SSS. I read something about a brawl minus in one post. Does the CSS file and code only work for that, and not regular brawl loaded through homebrew/Gecko OS?
As far as I'm concerned, I have done everything correctly.
-I have the CSS and SSS download in MENU2 under PF(named "sc_selcharacter.pac" and "sc_selmap.pac" respectively)
-I downloaded the "Contains Everything Brawl Essential, Custom CSS Essential, Brawl Optional, Giga Bowser/Warioman/Alloys Codes" and renamed it to "RSBE01.gct" and placed it under codes in the root of the SD card.
The code to separate the PT as well adding the alloys to the CSS shows up in the game, but freezes at the SSS even without the new Darkflamingblue CSS on the SD card. And the effects of the CSS and SSS don't even show up at all. I have also tried using just the normal CSS without the new codes, but that has no effect either. I am seriously stumped and need help. Any tips would be greatly appreciated :)

Okay I got the CSS and the SSS to work with the custom design(no clue what I did to make it work. Just took the files off the SD card and put them back on), but the game still freezes when I choose a stage.
Any ideas on what is wrong?

I am thinking that the code is what's causing my game to freeze, as it did that without the CSS and SSS even on the SD card. So should I look for a different code pack or something? o_O


EDIT: I also noticed I have a common3.pac. Should I take that off for the codes to not freeze? Or should I replace it with a common5.pac?

Common3.pac has nothing to do with the CSS or SSS, it contains files for the items.
Common5.pac contains sc_selchar, sc_selchar2, and sc_selmap, so if you already use those files there's no point in having a common5.pac.
