I feel like it would make more sense for Samus to be given hyper beam. Of course, nothing's stopping you from giving her a Phazon suit texture on top of that, but PED suit might make even more sense. Both were able to utilize hyper beam, but the PED suit let her use it at any time, while the Phazon suit would only work within close proximity to specific batches of phazon. /two cents Title: Re: an interesting idea...
