Title: Pokemon textures won't replace, trainers do though

Pokemon textures won't replace, trainers do though

I did a search for the answer, but only found people having problems with freezing.

How it's hacked:
___________________________
Ash | SquitleSquad | Bulbasaur | (charizard not replaced)
Gary | Totodile | Bayleef | Typloshon

How it loads:
Ash | Squirtle | Ivysaur | Charizard
Gary | Squirtle | Ivysaur | Charizard

I don't get it.

Do you have both the .pac files and the .pcs files?  For characters that transform, you need both.

That wouldn't stop the texture from loading though, it would revert them back to normal after transforming. The problem might be that you've named the folders and the files for the pokemon incorrectly. Check that they are called:

Charizard   -   PokeLizardon
Ivysaur      -   PokeFushigisou
Squirtle      -   PokeZenigame

Some of the older Pokemon textures in the vault just don't work period. I have no idea what the problem is, but certain ones just will not work no matter what you do. You might be using one of these ones.

Oops.  My bad.  Yeah, listen to AdfroMan, he just might be on to something.   Thanks to the files using the Japanese names, it can be pretty easy to get either the names of the folders wrong or the names of the files wrong.
