Title: question about model swaping Post by: theshredder39 on December 20, 2010, 10:33:00 AM ok so...i want to model swap DK with Sonic so that i can try to make an improved Sonic The Werehog and i want to let it be done without the sphere gtting in the way of the body, how would i do that? i mean i already got the model thee but i don't know how to get rid of the sphere without trouble of accidently deleting something else, how can i determine what to delet so that the sphere is gone?

Title: Re: question about model swaping Post by: ForOhFor Error on December 20, 2010, 01:11:23 PM @Guamboy27: That thing's pretty buggy. I'd either manually hex it, or change the materials with the textures in them to type 3 (no sides showing, meaning invisible).
I'd probably go with the second option. Title: Re: question about model swaping Post by: scorcher9910 on December 20, 2010, 01:28:21 PM Hehe I was actually right about something!
xD Title: Re: question about model swaping Post by: ForOhFor Error on December 20, 2010, 01:48:14 PM Partially. Most textures won't work if you just make everything on them transparent, and they'll be completely black.
The material type change is a way to avoid this, but it affects every part of the texture. Just a warning. Title: Re: question about model swaping Post by: scorcher9910 on December 20, 2010, 03:00:03 PM Yeah that's what I meant, changing it in materials. I just didn't specify that.
