Most people would want a description of the custom hack to consider if it's possible or within their limits. If you can put up pictures that's even better.

OP Here. I dont want a modded game, I want the files to mod the game, including a custom character.
I want a custom skin of Dante from Devil May Cry, with a specific moveset, basically a mix of a few characters from the game.
I will pay money.

If you want something like what you said, it would be better for you to post what you desire in the request section I think. But be precise when you explain what you want, you said you want a specific moveset, it would be really better for other people and even you to detail what movements you want. The more you detail what you want, the more the result would be close to what you expect.
Dude, just ask someone for help in the forum for setting up your SD Card. You don't need to bribe ppl for it. I think this thread is how you got -1 karma. So just lock/remove this thread & ask for help in the Help Board.

I'm sorry, but I agree. This is illegal to accept payment for hacks. Also, saying you will pay money, and you expect to sell it for just a custom character hack just proves you're lying. Just lock this thread.
I don't see what's wrong with this, you could consider his payment a donation for helping him out in what he wants.
Also, we've been hacking Brawl (Which is illegal) and no one here have had problems from it, why would someone have it for this then?
It is not illegal for us to hack it, it is only illegal to redistribute hacks for profit.
After purchasing the Wii and the Game, we are free to do with it as we wish as long as we don't use it for our own financial gain.

Well, its not like someone is going to jail people because you sell a hack.
Besides, it can be like a "thank", like when someone finds your wallet and you give them some of your money

Not only selling a hack would be immoral, it would also be crossing many copyright lines.
This same problem happens with people in the MUGEN community as well.

though if he feels happy with the result, instead of paying the person, he could donate the money to the site, thats legal and shows appreciation. :) and it benefits everyone

I guess this technically isn't illegal... Rather than offering assistance for money, he's saying he's offering money for assistance. No one offered to do it for money, he's just saying he's willing to reward them. He's not selling hacks, he's "buying" them.

Money for hacks is not something you hear about frequently.
YO MODS? you asleep? IIRC there have been 2 other recent circumstances in which payment for services was suggested, one was immediately locked and the other was reprimanded with -1 karma. Be consistent >__> at least lock this
