Pelipper enters Brawl!

AA- Slaps with one wing, and then the other
F Tilt A-  Generic sex kick
D Tilt A- Lunges forward. Simliar to Meta Knights
U Tilt A- Quickly raises his wings

Smash Forward- Water Gun- Spits a small stream of water out
Smash Up- Whirpool- Does an animation similiar to Lucas's, and lets out a nice sized Whirlpool that works similiar to Toon Link's Up B, except  less damage and has an upward knockback only
Smash Down- Water Sport- Water spills around the floor. Doesnt do damage, but causes tripping

B-

Mist- Mist surrounds Pelipper, and reflects projectiles.

B Forward-

Ice Beam- Pelipper shoots a beam of ice, with no knockback and low damage, but can be kept out to accumlate damage. It also has a high chance for his opponent to freeze.

B Down-

Waterlog- Pelipper moves slower, but his damages increases. Can be used multiple times, making him slower but more powerful and heavier with each use. Can only be used a certain amount of times untill it resets, with him becoming his normal damage/speed after so many uses. Last time has him recieve no knockback and about a 2 times stronger, but about the speed of Bowser.



B Up-

Aerial Ace- Pelipper dissappears and reappears pretty high up, but quickly goes into a diagonal dive damaging anyone who comes in contact. Has pretty good vertical and horizontal recovery, but causes lag when he collides with the ground (If he doesnt SD due to the dive)


Grab U- Free Fall- Same as ROB but higher

Grab-D- Body Slam- Same as Peach's
Grab F-TBD
Grab B-Fling- Same as Bowsers B Throw
FAir- Tail Wind- Pelipper is propelled slightly horizontally and rams into his opponents. Is a meteor smash if he hits an opponent thats below him Similar to ROB's BAir

NAir- Wing Attack- Pelipper spreads his wings out and spins

BAir- Headbutt- Pelipper does a back flip, nailing an opponent with his head. Has a spike, but hard to pull off

DAir- Dive- Pelipper quickly dives toward the ground. The first frame or two is a spike. It doesnt do very much damage, but pelipper doesnt lag if he hits the ground mid attack

FS

Rain Dish- It begins to rain and all Pelippers on stage replenish health. Any opponent on the stage (including an opposing Pelipper) trips consistently in the rain due to the slickness.

I got an idea to do Pelipper. Quirky, not as iconic, and a tad derpy as well.

Although any more ideas are welcome, and better ones than Pelipper may replace my current idea~

Hopefully I have some moveset ideas planned by tomorow. Im planning on having this fully complete by this spring at the latest since my school is having a Smash Tourney, although it probably wont take that long.

If anyone has any move ideas, feel free to say them.

The best pokemon would be Feraligatr, but sadly the person who worked on him stopped...

Here are some others I thought of...

Payback-He is invincible during this attack, and if he gets hit while attacking the damage he deals is doubled if he connects

Whirlpool-A small whirlpool appears in front of him that does about 6-10 damage and impales the foe into the stage like DK's side b

I thought about Payback, but enough characters already have a counter move. I was also planning on using whirlpool for a smash attack, but I havent thought of anything yet.
