Title: common5.pac with CSP crashes vBrawl Post by: MigueelDnd on January 08, 2011, 02:38:26 PM Hi everyone. I hope someone can lend me a hand here.
So, I put some CSP on my common5_en.pac using Brawl Box, and then moved it to my SD card on G:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\system and then common5_en.pac Then I loaded it with GeckoOS on vBrawl, and it replaced nothing. Then I went back to the PC and changed the name to common5.pac; but now when I tried to enter a group brawl (it doesn't even show the Character Selection Screen) I already tried modifying the sc_selcharacter.pac, too. And I got the same results: A freezing screen acompanied by a high-pitched noise. I use this code btw: Code: File Patch Code v3.5.1 (NTSC-U) [Phantom Wings] Can someone tell me how to fix it? Or another way to put CSP? Thanks a lot. P.D.: Off topic, but, does someone know how to change the Battle Character Portraits, too? And, yes, I checked that the dimensions were 128 x 160 (the same as the ones they're replacing) and they're .png (I've got them off the internet and they were in that format, so I made some myself with the same format). I also checked that they had an invisible background and if they didn't I erased it in Paint.net. Yes you can, you just can't do CSP text with ModSet 4.1, but I was able to do CSPs in it and it was fine.
