Title: Game freezes silently if I chose a stage from the Stage Roster Expansion[SOLVED] Post by: (specter) on January 19, 2011, 10:58:27 PM I used to always be able to play on Stage Roster Expansion custom stages with Gecko, but now that I switched to Riivolution it freezes with no beep whenever I try to play an SRE stage. :(
Any help? Title: Re: Game freezes silently if I chose a stage from the Stage Roster Expansion Post by: Eternal Yoshi on January 20, 2011, 12:07:44 AM You need to update your XML to make it read the .rels and STGCUSTOMs.

Look: I even tried STGCUSTOM01.PAC, and you can see it's listed in the XML along with its .rel -- it still freezes silently. The stage has always worked before with Gecko. Also which version of the expansion code are you using? The one with only 9 stages or 255? Also which version of the expansion code are you using? The one with only 9 stages or 255? How do you do that? Also, the version of the SRE I'm using: Code: Stage Roster Expansion System v2.0: [Phantom Wings] It worked just fine in Gecko... Anyway it has to be named STGCUSTOM01.PAC for it to work Title: Re: Game freezes silently if I chose a stage from the Stage Roster Expansion Post by: (specter) on January 20, 2011, 04:37:12 PM Just copy and paste you xml Anyway it has to be named STGCUSTOM01.PAC for it to work I can't it goes over the limit. Ok I'll try that then. I think that might be the problem. EDIT 1: Well I edited them all so that they have "0" in front of the number like you said, but some of my custom stages still don't work, like STGCUSTOM01.PAC. However, two of the custom stages somewhere between 0A - 0F work. Here is then part in my XML where I have the customs: EDIT 2: Do the "disc=" parts have to have 01-09, too? Or leave them as 1-9? EDIT 3: I fixed it it was because of ^ |
