Title: Need help on stage animation Post by: Pepito 21 on February 09, 2011, 10:33:58 AM Well i wanted to start making my own hacks instead of just downloading them, so i started with what seemed simple to me... stages. I used WackaAlpaca's Brawlbox Tutorial - Creating Stages From Elements Of Other Stageshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRAw-u8IazQ, and I was doing pretty well. I set everything up exactly as he did, but he messed up so I messed up. Starting at around 5:40, an annotation comes up that says that he messed up and to do what he did to the new animation to the pre-existing animation, which was change the Y-translation to 55. I wasnt sure which pre-existing animation, so I experimented and came up with horrible results. Either the platform the was added became invisible, or the final destination platform went on top of the new visible platform. I need to know what to change so I can fix this problem thanx. r)

Title: Re: Need help on stage animation Post by: Chuckdurnham on February 10, 2011, 05:17:35 PM You might want to just start over at this point? 2D stages shouldn't take to long to make and don't bother too much with them. Just use them as a stepping stone to 3D
