In training mode.
For Brawl mode it's in the info.pac, I know that.
So where's the one in training mode?

Yes, and Naruto.
I need stickman to make the Naruto Announcer Call for Ike and I need him to convert the latest Cloud SFX to Mr. G&W.
I will be using 2DaMax92's Naruto SFX over Ike sometimes soon.
