this is because u cant just make the texture transparent and think its gone...
go to materials1, search the cape and change TYPE to 3, than its rly gone ^^

well, there are some tricks to delete shading, but that isnt necessary unless it looks rly odd with brawl's shading...
and to know what to edit in the material stuff, check which polygon it is, than, check the vertexset it has and look at the name, some of the characters use japanese names for their material stuff, so thats the only simple way to know what ur touching ^^

Um... Am I the only one having trouble with this? Whenever I play as Riku, the game F**ks up. The framerate drastically drops, none of the GFX appear, and everything just messes up.
Maybe it's because I'm using it with Sephiroth's moveset, but I saw in Italian's pictures that he was using it with that moveset.
Anyone else have the same problem?
EDIT: Okay, so it seems to depend who you're fighting... It doesn't work well with other Vertex hacks AT ALL. Also tried it without Sephiroth's moveset, but still had the same problem. So it has to be the model. Someone reported your brawl vault post with the same problem. Please fix it, I really want to use Riku... D:

I read what you said, don't worry. But that did happen to me, as well as a few other people I talked to with normal Riku. Maybe it's the file loader? I dunno, but this happened before with some of the really early vertex hacks. Are you certain? I'm sorry, I'm in no way accusing you, It's just I'm not the only one with this problem.
Well that's weird then because I've played with all the Rikus (except wooden sword) many times, in many stages, and it had no problems at all.

Be careful not to put too much Salt in it: you need just the right amount of salt to get the perfect blend. Believe me, I experimented with too much Salt on one of my attempts.

For the ice cream model, just hex it onto the Sora model when you don't need to edit Sora anymore, so it doesn't get in the way when patching.

That is freakin amazing! Dat Keyblade is so smexy =3
I think his body should be a tiny bit narrower and skinnier so that the coat stands out a bit more. And obviously (as you said) the texture is unfinished (the details in his coat and his hands are what stood out to me). Also, I thikn the hood could stand out a bit more by being a little bulkier but apart from that it looks phenomenal. Especially lovin the hair and the area from the waist down.

I had the problem with Chibi's Riku vertex awhile back. But he managed to fix it for me. Just ask him.
Yeah with Riku was the Problem i delete polygons like the cape and so but here i edit everything with Vertexing :/.

Considering Pit's model limitations, this is AMAZING. I personally perfer the one over marth, but i have both, and play as them equally.

I just have a question. For the color pack that you made for it, the Dark Sora color freezes after selecting a stage.
I made .pac and .pcs files for all of them, but it still froze. And I noticed the filesize is a lot different than the others. Do you think you could look into it to see if there's a problem?
I have the same problem I was playing Sora vs Anti Sora. Because you know I have to :) and as soon as antisora entered the stage it froze.
Even though you have a color pack already, I'm going to make my own to see how good/bad it'll turn out.

Wow those look great! Not gonna lie, but I'm loving the Werehog vertex. He may have been a pain to play as in Unleashed, but your vertex is looking fantastic. Same with Tapion. That hair is looking badass. Though his hair needs to be more red XD
Also, I reviewed your Sora vertex in my first hack review :) You may want to check it out.
