Title: Sword glow event found (LIMITED AMOUNT OF CHARACTERS)

CHARACTERS THAT CAN USE SO FAR:
 :tlink: :ike: :marth: :mk:

While messing around with marths SIDE B, I found the code that makes his sword glow.
There are TONS of parameters (20 to be exact O_o)


EVENT IS
11031400

I have taken the liberty of finding a few.
(event goes in GFX)

0 = Colour/Type (Can't find out how to change this)
1 = Blur Length
2 = Bone the beam starts at
3 = Offset of the beam (Y)
4 = Offset of the beam (X)
5 = Offset of beam (Z)
6 = Bone the beam follows (angle)
9 = Length
10 = This action only? (True = yes, False = no)
12 = Bone some other beam starts at (don't know the use...)
19 = ?

The rest I've changed and nothing has happened.

Currently trying to find more.

but my bro as you know took all the stuff i need to test my chars
so i was wondering if you could finish my fierce diety link and make his down-B a fast multiple hit attack.

Alpha do you mean fast multiple hit thats similar to my character's Side smash?
i could give it a whirl right after i finish my hitboxes and animations

hmmm actually better idea sorry i keep changing my idea kyzon
but here is the final idea, think you can make it like gannon dorfs up-tilt
make it a more powerfull magnet though and make the attack his S3S (side tilt)

Oh hey!  I'll post my notes on it too thus far.

Glow Sword
11031400: like a hojillion params. 20 in fact.

2nd Parameter: (Value) duration/length of shiny trail
Boolean Parameter: Disappear at end of animation?
Parameter 2, 6, and 12: (Value) Bone
Parameter 3, 4, 5: 1st point glow offsets
Parameter 7, 8, 9: 2nd point glow offsets
Parameter 13: Forward offset
Parameter 14: Sidewise offset
Parameter 15: Z offset
Parameter 16: rotate on forward axis
Parameter 17: rotate on sideward axis
Parameter 18: rotate on Z axis?
Last Parameter: (Scalar) size of effect.

Okay, a lot of this info is extremely vague or completely wrong. Gave me a headache trying to figure it out X_X

Whatever's the green has been tested and 100% confirmed. Everything else is based on Untouch's and Eldiran's findings.

Parameters:
0 - Color [didn't test it, but it's probably right]
1 - Blur length, i.e. how long the sword's aftershadow is.
2 - Bone the sword trail follows
3 - X offset of the sword trail
4 - Y offset of the sword trail
5 - Z offset of the sword trail
6 - Value, calls for a bone reference.
7 - Scalar
8 - Length of the glow trail, i.e. halving this value will make it half the sword's length.
9 - Scalar
10 - Boolean
11 - External Graphic Effect reference.
12 - Bone the sword glow follows
13 - X offset of the sword glow
14 - Y offset of the sword glow
15 - Z offset of the sword glow
16 - Scalar
17 - Scalar
18 - Scalar
19 - Length of the sword glow,  i.e. halving this value will make it half the sword's length.
