I am REALLY new to all of this, and here is my question: "How do you use mods?"

I know its really nooby to ask but I can't find the anwer anywhere(probally cause everyone knows how to).

My suggestion;
go to smashmods.com and download one of their premade packs for brawl; from there, it's easy to modify textures, remove the movesets you don't like (or replace them), and whatnot. If you download a premade pack, you don't need to worry about getting all the codes and figuring out as much on your own.
