Can some one do me a Blue ASF1nk CSS icon and name for Aayfire's Kingdom Hearts II Axel?

The problem with the icon is that it does not have a white outline.

I checked and I guess most CSS icons for flaming blue/red/Brawl- Css do have the a white outline:

But (considering the fact that they all use the same pose and size) I think it's mainly for remaking it with another background. Delete the white outline and the portrait becomes surrounded by transparency making it easy to place over another template. On ASF1ink's thread I saw ones that didn't have a visible white outline:
