Hi guys!
I'm having some troubles recompiling the iso, to exctract the files i used Wiiscruber, made a folder, made all changes in that folder, but when i want to put the files in the iso again, the program don't help me :srs:
Somebody have any recomendation of a program? Also i tried with WITools, but seems no run in the netbook.

WiiScrubber is the way to go. When you want to replace the file, you click it with right mouse button, select Replace, choose the file and voila - it's done and you can turn off the program.
But I replaced, like, 200 files, all textures, all stages, all songs, doing in that way gonna take me months! :oshi:

with the newest wiiscrubber theres a program called partition builder that comes with it. right click it and hit save and save it somewhere. then replace files in the extracted partition make sure there named right. hten use partition builder to make it into a new partition. right click brawl partition in the iso again hit i think load, and select the new partition u made and done.
only partition builder 1.1 works with it! 1.2 has a glitch and makes a file thats too big to load for some reason so make sure it's the right version if u need me too i can upload it for u. ^^

There are two load functions. One for encrypted partition and one for unencrypted partition. (I'm not quite sure which one you use)
@MokonaYoshi: Just extract the apploader file from the brawl iso as well as it's partition.bin, boot.bin, bi2.bin, and main.dol files. Then load the directory your modifications are in (Source file directory). Also make sure your hax are in as if you were using the file patch code method (except it doesn't matter what directory the hax are in).
When making a custom Brawl ISO, you need to first extract the partition's contents onto a folder designed specifically for partition files.
Next, you need to extract partition.bin, boot.bin, bi2.bin, apploader.img, and main.dol. These files have to be separate from the folder containing the partition files.
Once you've made your modifications, use the Partition Builder to create your new partition. It'll normally be saved as partition1.img.
Lastly, use WIIScrubber to load your Brawl ISO, and replace the old partition with the new one. You might have to delete the old partition, due to file size limits.

I'm thinking it's a system software issue. I reccomend going to Resources in brawl vault and going to "highly reccomended patches" and download all of them. Normally a missing patch is the problem (with me anyway).

Did you scrub your iso? Try this on an unscrubed one, mine has a lot more VC game partitions.
Can i unscrub the iso? My internet is anoying slow, so download 7.8GB takes me at least 2 days... no kidding
When you extract the Brawl ISO with a USB Loader application, you'll only get the game partition. The virtual console partitions are not included.
That explains why they don't work, thanks mnsg. That was a question I had for a while.
Anyway, back on topic...
Maybe try placing the files in a different directory?
I made the Partition one from scratch and now WIIScruber is putting the files again in the ISO.

Try using the Wii Backup Manager to change game IDs. It works with single-layered ISOs, but I'm not sure about the dual-layered ones.
Before
I extracted the partition
I mod the folder
I extracted the extra files
I made the partition again with Partition Builder
I choosed the "Partition 0>Unencrypted>Load" option
I choose the partition0.img created by Partition Builder
But when i put the iso in the HDD and in the Wii... IS THE SAME GAME! NOTHING WAS CHANGED!
What have i done wrong?

It freezes! Finally, i put the partition back in the iso, but it said "partition too big" so i deleted the 2 dummy files. When the ISO comes out, the games size was like 90MB less than the original ISO, and the Wii freezes at the begining of the game (In the strap screen (how i Mod)). What was? The dummy files or the strap screen?
It's partition 1 you need, partition 0 does not have any brawl data so that's probably why your getting that error. Also don't double post :>.>:

In wiiflow/usbloader/geckos it says "Loading"...
Then, when the game must show Strap screen, it just don't start...

Wiiflow, usbloader, and gecko part is nothing to be concerned about. Have you modifyed your common3.pac file? (found in the system folder)

Too large hmmm? You better not be using v1.2 of partition builder :>.>:
what ever partition the brawl files r in really doesn't matter when convert it for use with a usb loader it erases all other partitions except the game one, so it becomes partition 0.
also u should start with a clean iso that's uncompressed. i've noticed a few bugs if u replace files on an iso that was converted to wbfs then back to iso. so that could be ur problem.
Yeah, I had a lot of problems with my scrubbed iso :/
it's best to start with a clean one and scrubbed usually doesn't mess with anything. i just mean don't convert an iso back from wbfs to edit it make edits to an iso convert it. then if u want to make more edits then open up the iso from before and delete the old wbfs file and replace it with the iso u edited again.
