http://forums.dolphin-emulator.com/ (http://forums.dolphin-emulator.com/) If you're only doing texture hacks though, there's an option that the Dolphin Emulator has, which lets you temporarily replace textures with ones that you've edited. Of course, you do need to do texture dumps to figure out the IDs of each texture file. It's illegal to do things like this, and quite frankly, I will eat a pirate if I get the chance (I really hate piracy)

I guess if you have an iso though, you can use a wiiscrubber and use this video... The method I use is VERY slow and time consuming.
