I know it's being run on a dolphin emulator but I don't think it changes the quality of the leaves.

The texture for the tree looks different though but I could be wrong.

I have Sakura Ville now, but I'm wondering where I can get the version with those leaves.

well as far as i kno... i havent seen that version at all. so it must be the creators work and not releasing it to the public.

Yeah that isn't Sakura Ville. Different trea leaves, different colored platform, and looks like different lighting as well.
