that megaman is permanent on my rooster since i dont really care about ness and megaman is fun to play its attacks are comic in a good way and i love the neutral B and the 4 attacks xD

I wasn't completely sure if it was this Megaman, but I wondered the same question than you Silent Doom, to be honest... If you plan to include characters made by the others in your project, you're absolutely forced to ask their permission, or it can be considered (I know I will go a little far) as thievery.
