Especially now that I'm making BRSTM's and I constantly need to test their volumes in-game. Anyways, I know that in order to prevent your audio from screwing up, you need to format your SD before you put new songs on it. That's where my question comes in.
I have an 8gb SDHC, and it's a pain to sit through each time I need to format it (15-20 minutes each time). Would it still be sufficient if I were to "quick format" instead, or will that just keep the results of the music getting all glitchy? Thanks in advance, you guys~ Title: Re: Format Vs. Aren't you meant to usually use no larger than a 2GB regular SD card? If you have one of those, try using that instead and see if it works. Title: Re: Format Vs. Well, for some reason, when I don't format mine, the music starts messing up about 2 minutes into the song. Don't get me wrong, I don't format it THAT often. I read somewhere that the readingspeed can also be a problem, but I don;t think that IS the problem since the hacks work if you format.. hmm... Title: Re: Format Vs. Might wanna try using that and see if it still messes up.
