Yeah I know it's about time, but it took a while because I'm not all that fantastically awesome with psa.

Well he has team colors and wings to go with the individual costumes as well. But in order to include them you need to put them in manually. Don't worry tho everything you need is included!

Changes:

Neutral special charge 1: is a big shock wave that stuns others for a moment

Neutral special charge 2, emits a small cold sphere around him and even tho you can walk through it without flinching, it will damage you.

charge 3: the same as the first but with dark power, is bigger, and he has a small super armor.

charge 4: is massive and will push back others, but no kill power

FINAL CHARGE: with 1 hit box it explodes with dark powers causing massive recoil damage to him as well. It can kill, but it does damage him so be careful.

Up Special: same but has electric properties

Up Special: has electric properties and a final hit that has a kill power when the victim has enough damage

Down Special 1: he swings his sword to the left and then does a barrage of slashes leading up to a final attack. has a great kill power when the victim has enough damage

Down Special 2: Waves his baton and after a musical note causes a barrage of attacks from multiple directions

Side Special: stuns the person it makes contact with

Down A Smash: spins then causes a small shock wave that hits anyone who's near him

Up Smash: same, but if you hold down the a button he will throw a dark blast up

Side Special: same but if you hold down the a button he will do a few more slashes

Final Smash- It has multiple beams that are facing up and deals pretty good damage along with having a MASSIVE range, but has no killing power!

Forward Throw-Is Toon Link's original Final Smash, but faster and a bit weaker.

Also his wings should loop perfectly with his win animations that loop and his loosing animation as well. Also the wings won't loop too much with the walk-run animations too.

Let me know how he is so far and feel free to give ideas for the rest of his move sets.

@SmashClash- sorry, a lot of last minute stuff with little to no (mainly no) warning want's to keep me busy.

But besides that the 4- tailed naruto has a fixed squat attack. The graphics need adjusting still because I can't find one good enough. Also I can't get his jumps to look.....kyuubi like. It either loos messy or funny. It's a litle weird to animate him like a fox...I am also still trying to fix his side tilt a.

Maybe I could help with the jumping animation.

U posted 3 linksss he only has 3 hacks...this Dark angel PSA makes a 4th PSA for him

how would i go about making teh wing's have team colors, or different colors much like your toon link one?

i've got a few textures on peach that wouldn't make sense with white wings.

@ Nyanyanyanyan Cat Man - the wings, they are located in Yoshi's pac/pcs files. 

I could release the winged Peach, but the only issue I'm having with her is when she aims the Bazooka up or down, the wings will disappear until I fire it. But then the wings just vanish until I fire again or throw it. All the other weapons seemed to work (from the beam sword to the item that look makes others do Samus 's up B move).....and when she picks up something heavy and takes a step, the wings will vanish even tho I have them in both animations.

I dont use items.

so those items truly have no effect to me.

but i`m patient.

oh and are you going to make it be team color availaible??
