@Neon: LOL, Chuck Norris... Unfortunately for Pichu, he shares a lot of textures (skin for head is also on arms, back, face, belly). ):
But, as for how these textures will work, they can go either way, actually. The ROM method would probably be easier, but nothing beats playing it on the bigger screen. ;) (I'll have a little mini-guide at Stack Smash on how to work these things for playing.)

@gedeon: Correct. The le77ex program, when you drag a PCS file on it, spits out a "FitCharacterXX.pcs.out" file. You simply rename it to "FitCharacterXX.pac" and you're set. ;) (A little notification box, "You are about to change the filetype that may change the properties, yadda yadda. Continue?" will probably pop up... Click Yes, and you should be good to go.)

If you already have a copy of Melee, it's no different than getting your Brawl ISO. (Takes MUCH less time to use that HBC application compared to Brawl, if you're making the transfer via Wi-Fi.)

I want to hear a suggestion or two on what videos I can record on Melee. I know there haven't been a lot of textures released for it so far... which is why I want to make a video or two to give sneak-peeks at characters in the works. ;)

The only planned one I have so far is Giegue VS. Ninten (will likely be 2 parts, but I'm looking into it)...

If anyone has some ideal match-ups, I'm certainly up for it.~

let me ask you something register, is there no way for shadows shoes to be pure white and pure black?  I see that your shadow pretty much tries to get the shoes exactly like the real thing unlike a few of the others, so I'm sure the front and back are meant to be divided into pure black/white.

Edit: I realized this sounded more like a demand to fix something rather than a question...that is definitely not the case.  I legitimately wanted to know because I was working on my own sonic and your shoes are the closest attempts i've seen to an accurate representation

Aye, that Starman Jr. is. He's pink in MOTHER 1; I think in other versions he's colored like a normal Starman, though, which is a shame.
Also, with Giegue, I'd have to agree to an extent. I don't find the female version of it very fitting... I would see it more towards its sprite-based likeness. If there were any base I would use, this (http://starmen.net/vote/vote.php?id=29483) would definitely be the one.
