Title: Problem Adding Stages! Post by: That BattleToad PSA Guy on May 17, 2011, 09:03:32 AM I have said this before, but due to the fact nobody posted, I have no choice but to make a new post addressing the same issue! I WILL KEEP DOING THIS UNTIL I GET ANSWERS!
I added two stages (Over Final Destination and Green Greens) and gave them custom slots. However, when I'm done selecting characters, the game will freeze with that infamous buzz! What do I do? And for those who don't know, I'm adding Dr. Wily's Fortress (FD) and Out of the Woods from WL3 (Green Greens). Title: Re: Problem Adding Stages! 1st) there could be something wrong with 1 or both of the stages files. 2nd) you could be overloading with codes. which causes the game to freeze mor often. 3rd) your storage device for hacks (weather its an sd or flash drive) is nearly filled space. it appears too read it slower if its filled 4th) your not giving it enough time to load (give it about 5 seconds after you choose your character and 5 seconds b4 you choose your stage) however you only need to do that if you are indeed overloaded, and it works about 75% of the time 5th) custom slots take even more space and most the time dont work with expansion so that alone could be freezing you. The other, however, may. 2) I'll look into that. 3) I looked and I have 589 MB left on my SD. 4) I'll try that out. 5) I already have 8 STAGES in custom slots, and they work fine. Thanks for the tips. I'll try them out! |
