I just recently got a new Wii. But it's version 4.3, but I managed to get homebrew on it. I put all the files I want onto my SD card, activate the file patch code (3.5.1), and start up the game. Here is where the weird part comes in, I select my character(s), and when I go to select my stage...the beep of doom. -_-
I have no SSSs or SSCs on my SD card. But this is where it gets even weirder, if I quickly select random stage, it does not freeze and works with no problem, but if I try to select a stage, it freezes. Would anyone know the cause of this?
The problem has been solved.

It is installed. But I think I'll just use Riivolution.
Bootmii helps prevent brickage plus there are ways to unbrick it so you should be alirght

Just downgrade your wii
You can't downgrade Wiis that use System Menu 4.0 or higher. Also, LU64+ Wiis can't be downgraded by ANY means.
You can downgrade certain IOSes though.
Guys/girls, I found out what was causing the freezing. :D
It was because of the hackmii installer that was in the st folder. I removed that and no freezes! :D
