I have Paint.Net and Photoshop.
Paint.Net is for CSPs and textures, while Photoshop is for either textures or custom-posed CSPs.

Mostly The GIMP, but I did have to get Photoshop CS4 during the ASH days.  I still use Photoshop CS4 when working with textures that have multiple transparent colors; RGB5A3, RGBA8.
